Under the "POP3 Accounts" tab you can setup the accounts that the PopGrabber service will use for Email downloading. To add a new account click on "New", to edit an account double click on its description or select it and click on "Edit", to delete an account select it and click on "Delete". Instructions on how to setup the POP3 accounts follow bellow.
Important! The changes you make in this section will not be saved until you click on "OK" and will be completely lost if you click on "Cancel".
POP3 Account Editor
The POP3 Account Editor (displayed when you create a new account or edit an existing one) displays the following information:
- Activate account
Check this to enable download from this account.
The login used to download the emails from the POP3 server (often the email address).
The POP3 password for this user.
- POP3 Server
Name or IP address of the POP3 server
- POP3 Server Port
Usually 110, don't change this unless your POP3 server uses another port.
- Use APOP Authentication
Enable this if your POP3 Server supports APOP authentication.
- SMTP Server
Name or IP address of the SMTP server to which you want to forward the downloaded messages.
- SMTP Server Port
Usually 25, don't change this unless your SMTP server uses another port.
- Destination Email address
email address of the user that should receive the downloaded emails.
